Our bulk beef is sold by quarters.

1/4 vacuum packed: $8.20 per lb

(approx. 85-95 lbs)

*$50.00 Discount on each additional 1/4 purchased after the first one

BULK PURCHASES ONLY in the San Antonio area

Freezer space needed:

•1/4 calf takes up 8-10 cu ft

•1/2 calf takes up 10-12 cu ft

•Whole calf takes up 20-24 cu ft

The freezer life for vacuum packed is about 1 to 1.5 years.

All payments may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

The down-payment to reserve your bulk portion is $300 with the remainder due upon delivery.
