​Grass-Fed Beef Pricing


We sell by the cut at local farmer's markets, but on the website, we currently sell our calves by the 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 or whole. 


PLEASE NOTE: We will soon be updating our website to sell by the cut here as well! Until the updates are complete, please call or text if you are interested in buying by the cut or in smaller packages than a 1/4 calf.


A 1/4 calf is approximately 75 to 90 lbs. and will take up 8-10 cu. feet of freezer space.

THE FOLLOWING DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE: 

If you buy a whole calf, you will get $200 off.

If you buy 3/4 calf, you will get $100 off.

If you buy 1/2 calf, you will get $50 off.

No discount on a 1/4 calf at this time.

THE PRICE PER POUND DEPENDS ON THE PACKAGING OPTIONS BELOW.

OPTION #1: Vacuum packed with a label showing the weight of each piece, specific cut stamped on package $8.50 per pound

OPTION #2: Freezer paper wrapped with a label showing weight of each piece, specific cut stamped on package $8.20 per pound

OPTION #3: Wholesale (No Label) vacuum packed, specific cut stamped on package $8.20 per pound

OPTION #4: Wholesale (No Label) freezer paper wrapped, specific cut stamped on package $7.90 per pound

*The freezer life for paper wrapped is about 1 year. The freezer life for vacuum packed is about 1 to 1.5 years.

A down-payment of $300 will be required to reserve your calf portion with the remainder

due upon delivery or pick up.

*REMEMBER, you can always get friends or family to go in on an order with you if you want to lower the cost some.

Every order will consist of about 1/3 ground beef, 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, ribs and brisket or fajita. You will get around 75-100 lbs (more or less) to a quarter calf.

FREE DELIVERY of your beef is available in San Antonio and the close surrounding areas. Your order may also be picked up at the processor, Wiatrek's in Poth, or at our ranch by appointment. Please know that the processing fees are paid by us.
