Grass-fed Beef Processing
We have our calves processed at a reputable, state-inspected processing plant. We exclusively use Wiatrek's Meat Market in Poth, Texas. The calves are humanely handled, vinegar-washed, and hung for 2 weeks--then cut into choice pieces and vacuum sealed or paper wrapped, your preference.
PLEASE NOTE: If you order in bulk, a 1/4 up to a whole calf, and you live in San Antonio or the close surrounding area, we will deliver your beef to you for FREE or you may pick it up at the plant if you prefer. You may also pick it up at our ranch by appointment.
