Grass-fed Beef Processing
We have our calves processed at a reputable, state-inspected processing plant. We use Dean & Peeler Meatworks, LLC in Poth, Texas. The calves are humanely handled, vinegar-washed, and hung for 2 weeks. They are then cut into choice pieces, vacuum sealed, labeled for retail with the name and weight on each cut and then frozen.
PLEASE NOTE: If you order in bulk (1/4, 1/2 or whole calf) and you live in San Antonio or the close surrounding area, we provide FREE DELIVERY to your home or you may pick it up at the plant if you prefer. You may also pick it up at our ranch by appointment.
